QUALIFICATIONS: 3 - 5 years of experience
- Payroll management expertise for White & Blue collared employees
- Exposure to statutory compliance wrt PF, ESIC, Dept. of Labour and Min. wage, Annual Returns etc.
- Sourcing and screening appropriate profiles linked to architecture, design management & other functions.
- Ability to analyze training needs and prepare training calendar
- Strong Knowledge of HR Management and policies
- Strong documentation skills including MIS reports
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communicator
