QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Architecture (Preferred)

CORE COMPETENCIES:

• Ability to prepare Feasibility report & area Statements
• Ability to develop concept at the schematic stage
• Ability to prepare design briefs of Architecture & Interiors at different stages

PRESENTATION:

• Prepare presentation sequence & format
• Review support information prepared by the Architect for presentation as per VA standards
• Make progressive presentations at later stages

SCHEMATICS:

• Develop concepts at the schematic stage
• Interact with consultants for services inputs & Design philosophy
• Interact with clients for signoffs on design -Arch/Interiors

KNOWLEDGE OF THE FOLLOWING SOFTWARE IS REQUIRED:

• Auto CAD, Revit, Sketchup Up, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Indesign), Lumion/Enscape

KNOWLEDGE OF THE FOLLOWING SOFTWARE IS ‘NICE TO HAVE’:

• Rhino/Grasshopper, Illustrator, Premiere Pro
