Brigade Gateway is one of the first mixed-use developments to be established in India. It is located over a land area of 41 acres. As a high-density development, it posed challenges in terms of master-planning, zoning, transport access and space management. Brigade Gateway comprises of residential, offices, retail and leisure spaces as well as a hospital, a hotel, a school, a clubhouse and one of the largest parking spaces in the country, hosting over 5000 cars.
The project consists of 13 residential towers each of G+16 to G+18 accounting for 2.20 million sft. of the total built area. The office block is a 32-floor tower housing an area of 1.60 Million sft, is currently the tallest building in Bangalore. The retail block spread over 1 million sft includes a shopping mall with 11 multiplexes and a food court. The hotel, hospital, school, and clubhouse cumulatively account for 1.40 Million Sft.
