This facility incorporates industry’s best practices to ensure a sustainable facility in terms of architectural detailing & utility design. The glazing is double insulated to reduce heat gain of the building. The cladding renders a good amount of reflection coefficient for the façade surface. Natural lighting is considered for all areas as a pre-requisite. High-efficiency chillers are used to considerably lower the power consumption. All areas are controlled with an efficient building management system that integrates the air conditioning, fire detection systems & safety system. All laboratories are fixed with VRV’s & Venturi control devices that actively manage the airflow & thus the power consumption. The facility boasts of a rainwater management system where all rainwater is canalized to a central water body.
