With a steep 70-foot slope, the geography of this site presented the biggest challenge. Apart from landscaping, the slope was left untouched and the buildings were placed on the flat portions of the site, mostly around the perimeter of the campus. Centrally placed water-body formed a major feature of the design.
The brief demanded the creation of a campus that would attract the best minds in the country. Consequently, the design maintains a consistency of form among the building facades, which look inward, with the exception of the customer focus centre. The atmosphere is that of a college, comprising a large OAT, leisure and health facilities, paved walkways between work zones and several interactive spaces between buildings.
