Fit into the former premises of the Russian Consulate, the design of this development is sensitive to the existing structures on site. The property was originally a combination of official and residential quarters of the Board of Directors within the consulate.
The buildings, over three decades old, have been strengthened structurally to accommodate the increased requirement. Reorganized layouts bring in double the amount of natural light inside the building through widened corridors and windows. The buildings’ façades have been refurbished to make it more contemporary. A restored landscape and pool are complemented by a well-equipped gym and badminton court. The highlight of this development is the elegant ballroom that adapts itself to multiple event requirements.
