Set in one of the hottest regions of India with temperatures peaking at 48 degrees centigrade, this is the main gas extracting and distribution point of the Krishna Godavari Dhirubhai 6, off the coast of AP. The architectural brief was to create a campus that would meet the needs of Indians and expatriates working here. The campus provides for ventilated warehouses, pipe and structural shop, operations offices, a state of art learning centre, a helipad and heliport lounge, an occupational health centre, control centres, a high-quality accommodation building, a recreation building, food court, and cafeteria.

The buildings and amenities are set within ample water bodies and a 10,000 tree landscaped area with species drawn from the locality that seeks to mitigate the harshness of this geographical environment.
