Sathish Kumar T. is the Director of Operations at Venkataramanan Associates, one of the largest Architectural practices in India. He started working with a Chartered Accountant Firm, while completing his Bachelors in Commerce at Vijaya Evening College. He pursued ICWA at St. Joseph’s College, and went on to join VA in 1996. His deep understanding in finance, HR, marketing, IT/Infrastructure and other business-related functions has guided his business strategies to promote the firm’s culture and mission. Besides Identifying and capitalizing opportunities in the market space, his role has included building strong relationships with clients and employees alike and over-seeing all administrative decisions. Sathish is best known for his strategic vision, leadership, determination and an ability to motivate and inspire.
Over the last 2 decades, he has emerged as a cross-functional leader making an impact across different aspects of the business. He has helped secure the over-all functioning of the firm and drive in extensive and sustainable growth. He led various business domains such as HR, finance and BD well before taking on his current job title. As Director, he set-up a budgeting system and has been responsible for achieving the targeted budgets at an average 90% for the last 15 years. Besides analyzing several new business verticals, he also anchored business development of VA’s largest contract. Under his management, Venkataramanan Associates has become a market leader in the design industry.
